After extensive refurbishment of number 4 Duke Street, Warrenpoints most exciting restaurant,
Copper, opened its doors on December 1st 2004.
Owned by Chef Neil Bradley & Manager Sarah Meaney, Copper is proving to be
South Downs
premier and most talked about Restaurant.
The Restaurant interior, by award winning design company Richmond interiors, has
surpassed even Neil & Sarah’s high expectations, providing a sumptuous and warm atmosphere, bettered only by the
quality of the cooking and level of service.
Neil has worked in some of Belfast’s finest restaurants, including 2 years
with Paul Rankin at Roscoff/Cayenne, before heading up the kitchen of Belfast’s ground breaking lifestyle bar &
restaurant Ta Tu Bar & Grill, Whose clientele included, The Corrs, James Nesbitt, D. J. Goldie, comedian Patrick Kielty
and F1 driver Eddie Irvine.
While at the helm of Ta Tu's kitchen Neil gained national recognition in the
prestigious Good Food Guide, Bridgestone Best in Ireland Guide and the Jameson Whiskey food Guide, the only bar in Northern
Ireland to do so.
Neil and Sarah have gone to great lengths to source the best possible ingredients,
locally produced where possible, for the monthly changing A La Carte and Vegetarian menus as well as the daily Lunch menu.
Great pride is taken in the fact that all the food served is made in house therefore
ensuring the highest level of culinary excellence.
To enhance the dining pleasure the same attention to detail has been applied to
the rest of the restaurant, from the linen dressed tables and fresh flowers, to the extensive wine, cigar and after dinner
menus.
Overall
Copper offers an unrivalled dining experience.
